Neilly is a character from the Lil' Fairy doll line created by Azone International. Neilly is a finding fairy working for the Primure Fairy Association, so she’s skilled at finding lost things. According to Lil’ Fairy’s official twitter account, she has a bright and cheerful personality, so being with her makes people feel energized. She’s so energetic that sometimes she goes a little too far. When she uses her power as a finding fairy, she dances her favorite dance while humming a cheerful melody. It is known to everyone in the Primure Fairy Association as the “Miracle Neilly Dance”.
