Bess is an Art-Talent fairy. She is considered the most talented fairy in Pixie Hollow. She is in charge of painting Mother Dove’s portrait each year. Her favorite place is her art studio, which is made out of an old tangerine crate. She is part of the Disney Fairies franchise.
