Luti is a character from the Lil' Fairy doll line created by Azone International. She is an apprentice fairy of lost things studying under Neilly. Luti is a tomboy and mischievous girl. She’s studying hard as Neilly’s apprentice, and, like her mentor, she’s always cheerful.
