Original dolls
The Original series of Liv dolls was released in 2009. 4 characters were included. This series is commonly referred to as “Wave One”
After School Cool
The After School Cool series of Liv dolls was released in 2010. 5 characters were included. A playset representing each character was released and advertised with the After School Cool dolls.
Moonlight Dance
The Target Exclusive Moonlight Dance series of Liv dolls was released in 2010. 4 characters were included. This series is sometimes referred to as “Winter Formal” in store listings.
Dogs
The Dogs series of Liv dolls was released in 2010. 4 characters were included. The ‘Pet Pals’ name sometimes assignied to these dolls seems to be a fan dubbed name: the doll boxes and site listings name them simply as the character’s name & their dog’s name.
It’s My Nature
The It’s My Nature series of Liv dolls was released in 2010. 5 characters were included as well as a playset and three horses. An alternate color release of the playset was released with an exclusive Hayden doll in 2011. A total of 8 unique dolls were released as part of It’s My Nature as well as a special Toys R Us Exclusive gift set featuring 4 It’s My Nature dolls repackaged (with less accessories). In old site listings this series is known as “Outdoor Fashion”
Sophie with Bonus Purse
Sophie with Bonus Purse was released in or around 2010 as a Walmart Exclusive. Sophie’s outfit is exclusive to this bonus pack(PHOTO NEEDED)
Twist & Dance
The Twist & Dance series of Liv dolls was released in 2011. 5 characters were included. The dolls’ wigs are reversible and for a different look and they have new play feature bodies that allow them to twist and dance. They are listed as “Dance Feature” dolls on old site listings
Makin’ Waves
The Makin’ Waves series of Liv dolls was released in 2011. 6 characters were included and three playsets were released to coincide with the series.
In Wonderland
The Target Exclusive In Wonderland series of Liv dolls was released in 2011. 5 characters were included.
Liv for Hair
The Liv for Hair series of Liv dolls was released in late 2011. This series is also known as the Spa series or ‘Spa Makeover’. 3 characters were included as well as two playsets. The ‘Salon Set’ is referred to as ‘Real Life Salon’ on store listings but on the box it is called the ‘Salon Set’
Liv For Color
The Liv For Color series of Liv dolls was released in 2012. 4 characters were included.
Sleepover Party
The Sleepover Party series of Liv dolls was released in 2012. 3 characters were included.
Girls Getaway
The Girls Getaway series of Liv dolls was released in 2012. 5 characters were included.
Brites
The Brites series of Liv dolls was released in 2012. 3 characters were included.
