I thought it would be fun to do the 2023 Doll Tag made by Kate’s Toy Box  over on YouTube! Also, I intentionally curated the list so that there wouldn’t be too many repeat answers to show a wider range of dolls.

The pictures of my dolls are completely available for you to use with proper credit given to me @king.kutie.supreme on Instagram. The pictures aren’t amazing or anything, but just in case you wanted to use them. The pictures with my  face in them are not allowed to be reposted anywhere.

1. Upcoming release you’re most excited for

I have a lot of releases I’m super pumped about, but to keep this list at least somewhat reasonable in length I’m going to say the V.I.P Girls by IMC toys.

2. Top 5 brands you want to collect

I don’t really consider myself someone who collects based on brand, besides G3 Monster High and Bratz Reproductions (which I’m a completionist for). I tend to just buy whatever doll I think looks pretty, but there are some doll lines I’m considering looking at more closely. In no particular order:

1. Disney ILY 4ever 12 inch dolls (Disney store and Jakks Pacific)
2. Disney LE’s (I want to be a Snow White completionist, which is so funny because I’ve only seen her movie one time when I was like 2 years old at daycare. I just think her color scheme and face lend themselves to really beautiful dolls)
3. Disney Style Series Dolls
4. My Scene
5. Bratzillaz

3. Brands you currently collect?

I am currently a G3 Monster High completionist, and a Bratz Reproductions completionist. Other than that I collect Rainbow High, Mermaze Mermaids, and Lol Surprise! OMG Tweens.

4. Oldest Doll?

Meline Luxe from Rainbow High Rainbow Divas! She was the very first doll I got with the intent of starting a collection.

5. Newest Doll?

Skulltimate Secrets Series 2 Fear Idescent Cleo de Nile! (I actually wrote another blog post on here comparing her skin tone to other G3 Cleo’s, so please check that out if you’re curious.)

6. Recent Gift?

As of writing this article she hasn’t arrived yet, but my mom got me Maria Garcia from Rainbow High! (Also as of writing this she is on sale for $35 on US Amazon)

7. Current Fav?

Now, obviously choosing a favorite anything is hard, but I have managed to get the list to (what I consider) a reasonable length.

8. All Time Fav?

I have 2 all time favorite dolls, but they are favorites for different reasons (so technically it’s not cheating lol).

1. Meline Luxe from Rainbow High Rainbow Divas
   1. She’s achieved all time favorite status because I truly could just look at her for hours. She’s so beautiful and I love the pieces she comes with (I could literally talk for 8 straight days about how much I love her floor length coat).

1. Robin Sterling from Rainbow High Slumber Party
   1. She’s achieved all time favorite status because she has the specialist place in my heart. I literally carry her around the house with me. I don’t tend to mess with my dolls hair, but I washed the gel out her so I could just sit there stroking it and combing through it. I take her to sleepovers with me, I just love her so much!

9. Fav Pet?

Perseus, Deuce Gorgon’s pet from G3 Monster High! I love rats and mice and he just the coolest, roughest, toughest little guy!

This is technically the Coffee Break Perseus (I don’t have Signature Deuce yet), I don’t think there are any differences, but just to be sure.

10. Most Expensive?

I’ve only ever bought my expensive collectors dolls on crazy good sales, but technically it would be Lol OMG Fierce Cleopatra. I got her for $50 instead the $100 she retailed for (technically $60 with shipping).

I still have her in box, because I’m waiting to have the space to properly display her, so enjoy the stock image!

11. Least Expensive?

Royal Bee from Lol OMG Series 1 Reproduction. I got her on sale for $10.99. She was one the 2nd dolls in my collection!

12. Fav Brand?

Probably Bratz! I was never a doll person when I was little, but even as a child I always thought Bratz were absolutely gorgeous, but my mom was one of those people who thought they weren’t appropriate for me because they wear too much makeup (jokes on her I’m a makeup and drag artist now haha!), so never I had any. They’re honestly the only doll line (besides Monster High sorta) that I have any nostalgia for.

13. Unopened Dolls

So, for my birthday I went on a doll hunting shopping spree and bought a ton of dolls and several of them have yet to be unboxed, not to mention I tend to buy dolls when I can get a good deal, but I know I’ll get more enjoyment out unboxing it if I do it when I’m more hyped about them.  So here’s the list:

• Jade from Girls Nite Out Bratz
• Cleopatra from LOL OMG Fierce
• Daria Roselyn from Rainbow High Series 3

(All these dolls will be unboxed eventually as I am an out of box collector)

14. Fav doll in Fav Color?

My favorite color is orange and Meena Fleur absolutely DEVOURS. She was my 2nd ever Rainbow High doll (my mom picked her out). I absolutely adore her, she’s so stunning.

15. Fav Original Outfit?

This was super hard because I don’t actually restyle my dolls with pieces that aren’t their own, so all my dolls are wearing their original outfits, but I’m gonna have to give it to Aya Cherry from Lol  Surprise! OMG Tweens Series 2. I love kawaii fashion, so obviously she’s my girl.

16. Worst Doll?

This is just my opinion, please remember that I am a stranger on the internet who’s opinion on a hunk of plastic should have no bearing on your opinion on a hunk of plastic. Okay? My worst doll (in my opinion) is Signature Toralei Stripe G3. I’m not a cat person or a Toralei person, so when I got and opened her I didn’t really connect with her. I don’t think she’s ugly, just not really my taste. I do think her overall doll design is nice,  it’s just not my thing.

17. Biggest Doll?

Crystabella from Mermaze Mermaids, easily the tallest doll in my collection.

18. Smallest Doll?

Barbie Extra Minis Number 7. I named her Pipsqueakian.

19. Best Set?

I don’t have many completed sets (yet), but Bratz Jimmy Paul Pride Set is superb. I love it so much, the dolls are absolutely amazing and the accessories they come with are super fun.

20. Best Boy?

I don’t have many boy dolls in my collection, but I have been a Clawd Wolf stan since I was a child. I don’t have him my collection yet, but I know I will love him dearly once he is here!
