Vel is a character from the Lil' Fairy doll line created by Azone International. She is a cleaning fairy working for the Primure Fairy Association, and she’s described as a reliable girl who cleans efficiently by the official Lil’ Fairy twitter account. She can be a little strong-willed and stubborn, but she really loves talking to humans. She also has a domestic side, being good at cooking and sewing. Her cleaning tool is a duster. She has a weakness for chocolate.

Vel was the third character to be introduced, and she was released in February 2014.
