Nega and Posi were originally released as figurine accessories for the Creamy Mami Hybrid Active Figure and Yuu Morisawa PureNeemo dolls but could also be purchased separately as a keychain. They were brought back in 2025 for the 1/6 scale Creamy Mami rerelease with seemingly little to no changes to the sculpts.
