Barbie Butterfly Princess (1995)

Once upon a time there was a beautiful enchanted garden, full of shimmering butterflies. Everyday in this garden, the lovely Butterfly Princess Barbie waited for all the butterflies to comes to her.

A playline series of Barbie and Teresa princess dolls, and a Ken prince doll released in 1995.
Barbie and Teresa dolls come with a ‘magical’ wand that makes the butterflies on their dresses ‘flutter’ as well as a ring for the child to wear.
A vanity playset was also released themed to the butterfly princess dolls.

A number of merch items were also released themed around the butterfly princess dolls, including a board game and McDonalds toys of the caucasian Barbie and Teresa.
