The Beyond Pink line was released in October of 1998. And included 3 dolls: Barbie, Christie, and Teresa. All three were in a band called “Beyond Pink,” and a cassette of their song “Think Pink” was included in their box. Side A had the title track, and Side B had the instrumental version.
In 1998, a cassette was released to be sold separately. This cassette included 9 additional songs, which were produced by Ralph Schuckett, Hillary Bratton and Becky Manusco-Winding under the Sony Wonder label with Epic Records Group. The style of music was a type of Euro-Electronic Pop, aimed towards young kids.
A CD was also released, which included the same 10 songs as the cassette. All 3 forms of media can still be found today, some even on Amazon.
Later, in 1999, another CD was released under Sony Wonder in Germany; that was 4 different remixes of the track “Boys Will Be Boys.” It had a Radio Mix, Extended Mix, Summer Radio Mix, and Karaoke Version.
