Notes:
There is a second variant of this doll, with the main difference being the packaging. With the addition of 6 other languages of text on the box: Greek, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French & German. Which seems to point to it being an international, or specifically European, version.
The doll herself does not seem to have any differences in her face or fashion than the regular release. So, they seem to be the exact same.
