This doll comes as part of a two-pack with Taffee.
There is no official distinction between which Petal Pixie in the set is Taffee and which is Airie, however it is generally assumed that the naming refers to the position of each doll in the box and how the names run.
The Taffee and Airie two-pack was later re-released in variant packaging with Magic of the Rainbow branding.
