Carmel was the 5th character released as part of the Cutie Pops line! This doll was her first appearance. She was teased throughout fall of 2012. There was also a sweepstakes for one of her dolls. Winners would either win the grand prize: a Carmel doll, or 1 of 50 hair packs. This giveaway was advertised on the Cutie Pops Facebook, and ended on November 30th, 2012.
