Candi was one of the first three characters released as part of the Cutie Pops brand of dolls. According to the (now defunct) cutiepopsdolls.com, “Chiffon with her rainbow lashes and super cute leggings simply can’t get enough of styling and popping in different accessories to her dresses.” She also has a dog companion named Lolli who was sold separately. Candi only ever received one other doll in the Cutie Pops Sweets line.
