Chiffon was one of the first three characters released as part of the Cutie Pops brand of dolls. According to the (now defunct) cutiepopsdolls.com, “Chiffon with her golden hair and round rosy cheeks absolutely loves playing dress up and changing different hairstyles.” She also has a dog companion named Dott who was sold separately. Several more Chiffon dolls were made as part of different lines, and in fact she has more Cutie Pops dolls than any other character.
