Prilla
Prilla is a Clapping-Talent (sometimes labeled as a Laughing-Talent) fairy, and the only one of her kind. She is also the newest fairy in Pixie Hollow. She is also the only fairy who is blessed with The Gift, which is the ability to hear and speak to humans (or, as fairies call them, Clumsies). When she was born, some of her essence stuck to the laugh, which caused it to be incomplete. Because of this, Prilla has more human-like mannerisms than the other fairies. She is part of the Disney Fairies franchise.
