Worst hair of the line so far. I had to cut out six knots and multiple hair plugs fell out. The frizzy ends look like cheap poly.
I just got her and didn’t have any issues with knots or plugs, but by feel alone I’m SHOCKED her hair ISN’T poly. She was an impulse buy because of sale prices, and my first ILY doll so I had no idea what to expect. I was really relieved when I opened my second ILY doll(Ursula) and her hair was SO much nicer.
