Esmeralda dolls were produced starting in 1996 to coincide with the release of the movie and was added to the Disney Princess franchise. Some time in the early 2000’s she, along with Tinkerbell, was dropped from the Disney Princesses. All Esmeralda dolls have Kanekalon hair.
