The Skull Shores Black and White Frankie Stein doll was originally released in 2012 in a small blue box as a tie-in with the Escape From Skull Shores animated film. The doll was re-released in color in 2012 as a part of a Target exclusive 5-Pack along with Clawdeen Wolf, Cleo de Nile, Draculaura, and Ghoulia Yelps.
I actually remember this doll being $4.13 when they were release at Walmart and buying 3 of them. I think they were marked that way because she was released in April (4) Friday the 13th to promote the movie. I could be wrong though.
