Year of Style was released in 2006 and is a themed budget release. Each character is assigned a season; with Barbie being Winter, Chelsea being Spring, Madison being Summer, and Nolee being Fall.

Each doll has standard My Scene accessories corresponding to each girl’s assigned theme.
