From the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, darlin’ Delilah Fields has been canning her own jams and strumming her own hand-made guitar since she was about knee-high to a grasshopper. Delilah’s nightstand is full of notebooks and journals, overflowing with her creative writing, songs, poetry and pressed flowers (that she loves to give her friends). She surprises everyone, even herself, by stepping up to the mic to audition at Rainbow Vision with one of her sweet country songs.

From the audience, Poppy is so inspired that she asks Delilah if she can work with her and come up with an electronic country sound. Delilah is very resistant—she believes the most honest sounds are acoustic, so Poppy changes her whole sound to collaborate. The mash-up is spectacular, and they both learn a lot about themselves along the way.
