The Volks Dollfie Dream line has had multiple collaborations with the Sakura Wars franchise over the years. Dolls and fashion packs based on Sakura Shinguji and Erica Fontaine were released between 2012 and 2013. When the series was revived following the release of Sakura Wars (2019), another doll, based on Sakura Amamiya, was released the year after.
