Mattel is introducing the brand’s first Kennbassador, LeBron James. It is the first Ken doll to represent a professional athlete and is the first launch of the Kennbassador line, which is debuting just ahead of Ken’s 65th anniversary. This LeBron James Ken doll embodies his signature elevated streetwear style while proudly representing the LeBron James Family Foundation, his nonprofit dedicated to empowering inner-city youth with the tools they need to succeed in life. This doll will also be available at select third-party retailers. The LeBron James Kennbassadors doll will be available April 14, 2025 for $75.
The doll was designed by Javi Meabe the packaging was designed by Charis Ceniroz. A new face sculpt named, LeBron James will be used and the body type is Tall Ken. The doll is complete with a custom varsity jacket over the LeBron James Family Foundation’s “We Are Family” T-shirt, Nike Terminator High sneakers, Beats headphones, sunglasses, a fanny pack, a watch, and his classic “I Promise” band. Even the patches on the doll’s jacket reference his life’s milestones, including a “We Are Family” patch, an Ohio patch, and, of course, his iconic jersey No. 23 patch.
