• Rare Vintage Tiny Teen Doll!

This is a 1967 Tiny Teen doll called "Winter Time" by the Uneeda Doll Company. She's one of my grail dolls I didn't expect to find online, much less for a good price. I found her on ebay a...

  • Spooky New Zombaes Dolls

I got these new series 2 Zombaes Forever dolls from Target recently and I'm so in love with them! Series 2 is definitely more gothic than Series 1, so they're perfect for Halloween displays. If you want a specific...

    • wow they’re beautiful! i really love that the vampire one comes with two cute bats 🥺 the theming on these looks so well done.

    • I really love these little dolls! I wish they had bigger 1/6 scale counterparts, but I’m really impressed at the detail and theming on such a small scale. Looking forward to getting a few from series 2

    • No way!!! I thought I was the only one that collected these!!! These are soooo cute and detailed!!!

    • wow, first i gotta say your restyle and paint looks so good on her! you really made her shine <3

second, i've seen this same phenomenon a few times on the Monster High reddit actually! best i can gather is, people realized they can "sell" back their unwanted dolls and clothes by packing them back up in one of their boxes and returning them to the store. they just pack in the bits and pieces from other dolls/sets they don't want. i guess the store clerks usually either don't know or care enough to tell the difference.

it always makes me happy to see people take these dolls home. 1. because the rejected doll is getting some love and a new life, and 2. because it means at least this one wasn't picked up by a hapless parent and brought home to a potentially very disappointed child 😅

      • Thank you! Yes, I assumed the same thing about her being an unwanted doll returned for some extra cash, but I don’t understand why someone would go through the trouble of removing her bangs only to return her. Maybe they just didn’t like the result?

        • yeah, i’ve seen a few of these that were clearly “failed customs” – people practicing repainting the face especially and not liking the result. i guess that’s what happened here, although i think she looks so cute without bangs!
