if anyone is struggling with their profile picture cropping to the upper left corner, try resizing your pfp to 150×150 pixels and upload it without cropping!

ofc glad to help! unfortunately i don’t know any special tricks for the cover. i think the auto cropping favors the center of the image, so for my cover it cropped out the head and feet. so i just cropped my cover to about half the height so the faces were visible. its a bit of trial and error.
