this is my custom new teen titans raven doll, made from the head of a raven action figure with rooted hair by figures toy company, and a body from etsy. i’m not sure if the body is a bootleg or not but i’m alright with it. it took some finagling to get the head on the body, and the proportions and skin tone match are slightly off, but it works for me. the head has what feels like polypropylene hair, quite like greasy dollar store hair extensions for kids, and i hope someday to try rerooting the head with something nicer.
i’m planning on making a terra hybrid doll next, as terra is my favorite new teen titans character (raven is second haha). maybe someday i’ll get to donna troy and koriand’r as well! kory would be harder because of the skin tone, but if i were really adventurous i could try painting a body
