These sweethearts came in the mail today! From left to right: Starry Night fashion pack, Going Out with Bunny (Usachan to odekake) Licca-chan and Yumeiro Misaki-chan Colourful Change!
While fashion pack isn’t made with… outstanding materials, as expected of a play-line item, it looks great on the dolls and the colors are simply lovely. Licca-chan’s hair is so soft! As for Misaki-chan, she’s very interesting — her hair changes in two different ways! It becomes purple with water and a much lighter shade of pink if you warm it up with your hands, and stays like that for a considerably long time before slowly going back to normal. Just simply touching it will trigger the change to light pink (and my hands aren’t even that warm!). I absolutely HATE getting water on my toys, so I think it’s amazing to be able to experience a hair color change feature that doesn’t rely on water!
Misaki-chan comes… with a LOT of tiny accessories, but if you’re like me and you have no intention to use water, you can store the ones you’re not using on the doll inside the big bottle for water that she comes with.
A note about Misaki-chan’s lore from the Licca-chan YouTube channel: she’s an alien with magical powers from the planet Yumekawa doing her best to live on Earth as Licca-chan’s classmate!
Who’s your favorite Licca-chan doll? Let me know!
Misaki-chan looks so cute! I’m obsessed with her box as it reminds me of the packaging for the PreCure henshin toys I collect. It’s so magical and sweet. What does that perfume bottle and that stylus do?
Thank you for your comment! The bottle is just so you can fill it with water to play around with the water-based color change. The stylus has a sponge on the lower end and you can dip it in the bottle and “draw” on her hair to make purple streaks. Now, the bottle stopper is even more interesting — it has a rod that allows you to attach the three little stamps that she comes with (you can see them in my picture — the lavender bow, the pink heart and the yellow star). If you dip those in water, too, then you can make stamps on her hair!
That blue starry dress is DIVINE! I’m sooo tempted.
