Giochi Preziosi

Giochi Preziosi is an Italian toy company based in Cogliate, and founded in 1978 by Enrico Preziosi.

The company’s original brands include Gormiti, Dinofraz, U Hugs and Glimmies, as well as creating licensed products for properties such as Winx Club, Bing and Me Contra Ti. They have also distributed products from MGA Entertainment, Zuru, WowWee and Moose Toys in continental Europe. In turn, MGA has distributed Giochi Preziosi products such as Hi Glamm in the United States.

Giochi Preziosi would acquire British toy company Flair in 2008, while in 2019 they acquired Spanish toy company Famosa. In July 2023, the company signed an exclusive deal with Hamleys to open ten Italian stores.
