Jazwares
Jazwares is an American company based in Sunrise, Florida, and founded in 1997.
The company’s first product was the Big Sippers line of novelty cups, themed after various licensed properties including Pokémon, The Simpsons and WWE. Over the company’s history they have produced licensed products for properties such as Sonic the Hedgehog, Fortnite and Minecraft, as well as YouTubers Blippi and Tyler “Ninja” Blevins. Through the acquisition of Kellytoy in 2020, Jazwares would take over production of Squishmallows, which would grow to become a global success. 2021 would see Jazwares enter the costume market with costumes based on Marvel and Star Wars.
In 2022 Jazwares would become part of holding company Berkshire Hathaway, chaired by Warren Buffett and vice-chaired by Charlie Munger – both of which would receive commemorative Squishmallows.
