The 3B Head Sculpt, often referred to as the Brianna Head Sculpt, is the fourth Rainbow High feminine face mold released. The 3B name originates from the marking on the back of the eyes found in these dolls (3-B). This mold was first seen used on Brianna Dulce in Slumber Party. This mold is often confused for the B-2, or Daphne, sculpt due to its similarities in eye shape. The 3B sculpt can be distinguished from the B-2 sulpt as it has larger eyes, a wider nose, and smaller lips.
