2001 Mbili
First debuted on the Mbili Barbie by Bryon Lars in 2001, the Mbili sculpt is an Afrocentric face mold used for AA dolls. Originally used only for collector dolls, the sculpt later was used in playline, and became the standard face of Grace, Chandra, Marisa and Trichelle.
A similar version of the sculpt was introduced by Mattel in 2011 for playline dolls, this sculpt is also known as Grace.
