Welcome to Morocco! My country is sometimes called the gateway to Africa. Maybe you’ve heard of some of our famous cities — Casablanca, Marrakech, and Fez. I love to visit the 1,200 year old souks, incredible covered markets filled with treasures to discover, such as silver jewelry, babouches (slippers), and Moroccan carpets. Outside of the souk, I can watch wonderful storytellers, musicians, and acrobats. I hope you can travel to Morocco one day and see all this for yourself! Love, Barbie
