The Swirly Brights line was the first line of full sized Cutie Pops dolls to not feature extra eyes or hair extensions. Along with that they did have the special feature that their pops could move/ spin! This screenshot to the left is from a commercial that was made by Cutie Pops in 2013 to promote the Swirly Brights line.
Chiffon is wearing a blue jumpsuit and is the first Cutie Pop doll to not be wearing some kind of skirt or dress. Her hair is a different color than the previous waves of Chiffon dolls, leaning more towards bright yellow than blonde. Her distinct pattern on her bows is a black and white wiggle pattern.
