Does anyone have the lighter variant of her? I know there’s a dark blue/purple version and a light purple version.
I do! I got both when she was out. She looks like the 2nd and 3rd pictures.
I have the lighter variant. I believe the lighter one replaced the dark purple one and was sold for longer.
I have both! For context, the doll’s designer originally sent her to production with darker “indigo” skin. Management originally produced her as such but decided she was “too dark” and would sell better if she was lightened, unfortunately. Hence why the original variant is harder to find and lighter “lilac” variants are much more common.
I originally bought the lighter variant prior to knowing this information. I now own the darker one as well and thought about selling my first but decided to keep her.
