Neptuna
Neptuna is Lagoona Blue‘s Pet. They were designed with multiple fish in mind, being piranha, beta fish, and angler fish, which can be seen from the concept art but wasn’t a concept followed through to the final product because it would not be able to be achieved with mass production.
