Pullip Family

Introduction

Pullip is a 1:6 scale collectible fashion doll that was created by Cheonsang Cheonha of South Korea in 2003. Pullip was first marketed in Japan under the company Jun Planning, but as of 2009 Pullip operates out of South Korea under the name Groove. Pullip is an on-going doll line with monthly or bi-monthly releases.

Information

Over the years, Jun Planning / Groove have released various companion dolls to the original female Pullip doll, including male dolls Namu and Taeyang, Taeyang’s younger sister Dal, Dal’s best friend Byul, and Pullip’s younger brother Isul. As of 2013, Pullip’s future daughter Yeolume has been added to the Pullip Family.
