    • Get to know me and my collection!

Hi! I saw another user make an introduction post yesterday and really wanted to do it too :). I've been a collector my whole life. Feel free to ask me anything in the comments. Collection stats: ~100 dolls, Barbie, LOL OMG and...

      • Oh hey, that was me with the other intro post! I really enjoyed reading yours 🙂

What do you not like about inset eyes? No shade, I’m just curious. Do you like to design clothes for your dolls, since you’re into fashion history? What are some of your dolly goals for 2024?

        • Hi Rose! Glad you enjoyed it and thanks for the inspiration, I really liked yours too 🙂

I don’t dislike all inset eyes, it’s just that sometimes they can look creepy/uncanny to me if they’re overly realistic.
I do like designing clothes but I’m terrible with patternmaking so I usually just do my best with what I can find online.
In 2024 I hope to organize my doll clothes more neatly (they’re currently stuffed in two shoeboxes under my bed lol). And I want to thrift/make some more 60s/70s clothes for my new mod Barbie and my Dawns. I haven’t really thought about any dolls I want to buy next year because I’m trying to appreciate what I have right now (and I’m very excited to get the redhead steffie Barbie rewind for Christmas), BUT I am watching out for the new Strawberry Shortcake and Rainbow Brite dolls!! I’m also one of the only people excited for the new Rainbow High fashion packs (for Draculaura and Ideal Tammy, I don’t have any RH dolls).

      • Oh, I could use some recs for old movies! What are your favorites? <3 I had to google Liddle Kiddle and they're actually so cute! Thanks for sharing, it's awesome getting to know other dollectors c:

    • Cozy in Pink

I loved dressing up the Draculaura sisters for winter, I'm a firm believer that pink IS a Christmas color! Split-dye signature Drac is wearing her own blouse and stockings with La Rose's skirt, top, and hat, and Skulltimate Secret...

        • Thanks! I bought RH Sabrina St. Cloud’s outfit on ebay last year when I got my signature Draculaura for Christmas and it was definitely worth it!

          • Sabrina is a beautiful doll! I wish I had her. But something about the fluffy soft pink and draculaura’s heavy makeup is so nice… really good restyle! Very winter pastel goth, I love it 🥰

      • Thank you! I’m very happy with the way her black lipstick and nail polish came out and I love putting her in light pink or white to contrast it.

      • Your Ghoul Spirit Drac is so cute like😭
