Is there a list anywhere for fabrics to use on doll scale? I know the way fabric lay and the thickness of it can be very different on a smaller scale so I was wondering if there was a resource that goes into detail with this.

The highlights for me were mainly her box. I love how detailed it is and how clever it is too by allowing the consumer to pick to display her right-side up or upside down. The doll itself is very alright. I love her makeup and the functionality of her shoes to the flying trapeze but otherwise yeah. Would love more details and patterns on her to make her more circus-y and to have more elements of Freak du Chic since she doesn’t look like she’s from the same line.

Just out of curiosity, but is anyone seeing any G3 ads? This morning I got a Skulltimate Secrets commercial on YT in the same style as Draculaura’s “investor” ad but with Clawdeen instead (I forgot if it was Fearidescent or series 1 but still cool to see! Sucks that there’s no video on YT of it).

Hiya! I’m Ori (he/they).

A friend of mine introduced Monster High to me as we roleplayed the characters on the playground. I never had the chance to own any of them during their initial release but I watched the webisodes and went to their website. Monster High is also the reason I’ve slowly been getting into doll customizing and collecting. I love a lot of Frankie’s dolls (funnily enough, I was assigned as Frankie on the playground lol). With my MH collection, I am currently obsessed with my SS Lagoona, SS Clawdeen and G3 Cleo dolls. They’re all so pretty

I’d say G1. I missed out on the dolls during that time (mostly due to feeling like I was too old for them despite being in the target demographic) but LOVED the webisodes and going to the website. I think it fostered by love for alt fashion lol. I am happy G3 is happening though as it is a way to experience the series as it grows. I do think the designers are getting a better ground for the characters designs now so it’ll be very interesting and exciting
