Whilst not named as part of the Blossom Beauty series the box and advertisement feature Blossom Beauty Barbie and Great Date Ken together, indicating they were intended to be paired together in the same line. This doll is a re-release of the 1995 Great Date Ken with a different outfit. The previous version’s box art featured Ken paired with Songbird Barbie instead.
